Pascal Grooten is a balloonartist extraordinaire and a freemason based in Antwerp, Belgium.
He is often called the “Best kept secret from Belgium”.
After working 25 years on the streets as a balloonbusker he developed his unique style combining techniques into never seen figures inspired from his own fantasy world.
By winning several prizes in the Qualatex Color Contest 2011 & 2013, published in Balloon Magic Magazine, he’s showing the balloonworld there’s more then twisting traditional figures.
He amazed the twister community winning 1st prize medium sculpture at Qualatex Event, Oxford, England 2011. His winning piece called “Future Evolution of Balloonkind” shows us he’s thinking out of the box.
In all his workshops he wants to encourage every balloon twister to develop his own style by learning new techniques and how to apply them into beautiful, eye-pleasing designs.
